We’re in Christmas chaos at our house today – in the middle of putting up the decorations. My dog Bella obviously felt a bit ignored & decided to make herself be noticed with the old ‘get something in my mouth that I know I shouldn’t really have’ trick. Due to the Christmas chaos the sad victim was this Christmas robin – well Bella is a very ‘birdie’ dog having Setter in her, so no surprise there. Because of the training we've done she gave up the robin…a little worse for wear. But more important is the issue that I shouldn’t have left any Christmas decoration lying around for her to get. Some dogs may swallow decorations & this can cause dangerous blockages in a dog. So keep it a happy Christmas for you & your dog & save the robins!
